Reward Program Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Eligibility

The Loyalist Rewards Program (“Program”) is a free rewards program offered by Floors & Stuff, LLC d/b/a Luxury Microfiber to its U.S. customers. Membership to the Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Luxury Microfiber and its affiliates are not eligible for Membership. You must be age 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.


2. Earning Program Rewards

For every U.S. dollar spent on merchandise at you will receive 1 point.

We also offer bonus point events from time to time. During bonus point events the bonus points offered would replace the standard earning amount. For example, if we have a double rewards event, you would receive 2 points for every U.S. dollar spent. All points expire after one year.

There may be additional actions you can take to earn points such as creating your account, following us on social media, or sharing on your social media accounts. You must be logged into your Luxury Microfiber Loyalist Rewards account to have points credited to your rewards account.

Any reference to “merchandise” or the value of “merchandise” is related to physical products sold on It does not apply to gift cards, e-gift cards, taxes, or shipping. Points are earned after all other promotions and discounts are applied to your order.

3. Redeeming Points for Rewards

Points are redeemed in increments of 100 points. For every 100 points you earn on the Loyalist Rewards Program, is eligible to be redeemed for a $5 reward to use on your next purchase.

Once you redeem your points for a reward, points are deducted from your account and your reward will expire in one year. Points earned will expire if there is no activity on your own within a 365-day period.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3a. How to Redeem Your Points for Rewards

To redeem your points for a reward at you’ll need to be logged into your rewards account. You can login here.

Once logged in, select ways to redeem on the rewards panel and you’ll see an option to redeem for a discount. Redemption happens in increments of 100 points. For example, if you have 150 points you can redeem 100 of them for a $5 discount code and the remaining 50 points will stay in your account. If you have 200 points you can redeem them for a $10 discount code.

Once you choose to redeem a unique discount code will be automatically generated and the points will be deducted from your account.

4. Points and Rewards Expiration

All points, and online rewards will expire in one year from the date of issue. If you cancel or return a purchase that was made with rewards dollars or coupons these rewards will not be credited to your account.
